An illegal alien was charged with the rape of a mentally incapacitated teenager in the Wiregrass. Authorities in Coffee County say Pablo Mendoza assaulted the 14-year old victim in Enterprise last month. Mendoza is being held in the Coffee County Jail without bond pending an Aniah’s Law hearing. Mendoza faces deportation proceedings, at the conclusion of the case. The case is renewing the cricitism of President Biden over the border crisis. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) said he is "heartbroken for this young girl and her family. I hope you'll join me in praying for them. Thanks to Biden's policies, every town is a border town, including mine."
