A federal judge has reduced the sentence for Larry Langford to time served. The former Birmingham and Fairfield Mayor, as well as Jefferson County Commissioner, is in critical condition. He was serving 15 years on bribery and public corruption charges. His is now free, however he is expected to spend his final days at a Lexington, Kentucky hospital.
