Alabama Crimson Tide Head Coach Nick Saban has endorsed West Virginia Democrat Senator Joe Manchin.
Saban appears in an ad saying "Joe and I grew up together in West Virginia and he never forgets where he came from. I don't have a better friend or know a better person than Joe Manchin."
Manchin appears to be safe for re-election as the latest polls show him leading his opponent by 9 points.
Manchin was the only Democrat to vote to confirm Justice Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court of the United States.
