OSHA Fines for Deadly Fire at Car Dealership

A Walker County car dealership where 3 workers died in a fire has reached a settlement with Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Carl Cannon in Jasper will pay $114,000 in penalties to the federal agency. They have also agreed with OSHA to look into any possible hazards in their workplace. Officials say the deadly blaze broke out when employees used a flammable brake wash in order to scrub the service pit.
