The suspect in a Helena double murder is back in Shelby County. John Peyton Scott III, 41, was captured in St. Augustine, Fla., after days on the run. He is charged with capital murder in the Jan. 19 killings of his girlfriend -- 40-year old Sharon Whited -- and her elderly father, Chuck Tarwater, 75. The victims' bodies were found in the home they shared with Scott. Investigators have not revealed how they were killed, and there's no word on a motive. Scott is being held without bond at the Shelby County Jail.
