Hoover police Monday said they have made contact with a woman who was reported missing. Chelsea Dobbs, 27, was last seen on Jan. 2, leaving her job at the Riverchase Office Park. Foul play was not suspected, but police expressed concerns about her safety and well-being. She is no longer considered a missing person, police said.
