Cross-Dressing Crook Sought in Birmingham

Birmingham police are asking the public for help catching a man who robbed a drug store, while dressed as a woman.   The crook walked into the Clairmont Avenue CVS Pharmacy location on July 14, and handed the clerk a note demanding money, detectives said.  The suspect is described as a black male, wearing a striped dress, and a wig with a baseball cap.  Police say he may be responsible for robberies at other drug stores.   Anyone with information is asked to call Birmingham police.
